Position Overview: As an On-site IT Field Liaison, you will provide essential IT support directly at our Client's San Antonio distribution center. This role involves device setup, configuration, break/fix tasks, printer management, and mobile device administration. You will collaborate with various Client teams and vendor teams to resolve IT-related issues, fulfill device requests, and ensure smooth operations within the IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and configuration of devices, including imaging
• Troubleshooting and resolving device issues (break/fix)
• Managing printers and handling label replenishment
• Administration of mobile device management for 100 devices
• Coordination with internal teams and vendors to address IT issues
• Handling requests for new devices and necessary IT capabilities
• Escalating network requests to appropriate teams and coordinating onsite vendor activities
• Managing warranty and maintenance requests for devices
• Participating in weekly status meetings and providing updates on achievements and plans
• Collaborating with helpdesk agents to resolve tickets and identify root causes of incidents

Onboarding and Return to Office Plan: Within the first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the environment, meet the team, and begin familiarizing yourself with the software systems in use. This role requires onsite presence at the San Antonio distribution center during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Eastern).
